Managing external perspectives, a reflection of an internal awareness to know which perspective you are using and which are available. The depth of belief in your ability to choose, acquire or allow a new one, in the moment, is a reflection of consistency of practice.

Time, Energy and Attention; the currencies of the creator. Meditate to take control of your budget of energy, to leverage time and your investments of energy through attention in your favor. Do it first thing in the morning to assert yourself and self-care as a priority, to set the tone of your day and to be more present with yourself, for desires, commitments, etc.
Carve fifteen minutes out of the morning and evening, before you get out of bed and after you get back in. Meditate - be still in the body, silent in the mind - to get familiar with neutral, then allow your vibration to rise. This is the totality of your energetic signature; naturally rising when thoughts are silenced, emotions settle and the body is still.

Negative and Positive are directions from a point of neutrality. Or, from any point on the number line of reality, the bits and bytes of data, matter. They are subjective on the spectrum of emotions. They are also subject to perception.
Perspectives dictate the internal position, stance and direction chosen. The further negative you find yourself, the better, neutral or less negative becomes, as a goal vs positive. The best part of negative is the present reference to positive, the ability to know what direction to go.
Grounding to neutral is a natural result of practicing meditation. The more you practice the easier it becomes, the quicker you can do it, and the more you get out of it.

In the 1st phase of your bootcamp, focus may be easier on the Physical Dimension because it is more accessible via awareness, simplest to track and mange. Pay attention to actions, habits of daily living, time management, anything you can think of, that will bring you the most in ease, pleasure and progress.
The spectrum from physical illness to wellness is bridged by a consistent shifting of perspectives, followed by habits then beliefs. Till the natural state of your vibration attracts the state of health desired.

The Emotional Dimension is easy to see, feel and impossible to ignore. The turbulence is difficult to stabilize unless awareness, coping and management skills are acquired, developed and practiced.

Your Mental Dimension is shared with others through the words that reflect positions and perspectives from which to observe and understand. Thoughts are the layers of the onion of each emotion. When you can capture a thought captive, the waves of the oceans that are emotions become much easier to surf.

The Spiritual dimension is reflected in your thoughts; it is personal, intimate and subjective. The further you delve into it...the more the fear changes to LOVE...of the unknown.
