When you are ready, move into the 2nd phase - deepen your attention consciously - to shift your focus intentionally - further and more constructively - into the Emotional Dimension.

Establish a foundation of feeling good, first thing in the morning. Throughout the day, employ coping skills moment to moment to bounce back into your good feeling place every chance you get. Your awareness of how you feel and ability to adjust it positively will grow with practice.

Close your nights intentionally. Make a clear and present commitment to feeling good when you go to bed and develop a practice to do so. This is the key to getting the best rest and recovery possible, to set up you body for success in healing itself.

Development often assumes a physical work that leads to constructive progress forward. It is constructive progress to find and remain in stillness. It is the progress of wellness from which you are more satisfied and more able.

Distraction is Development when the mind needs rest from mental workouts or the heart wants to play in the game of life...maybe all can be play with the right mix of perspectives. Distraction, like sweetness, can sour, then attention will want to shift back to Development.

    The goal is to feel better faster, to stick to the plan long enough for the results to sustain inspiration as the process becomes more enjoyable.

    Focus areas:

    1) Meditate! Mediate! Mediate! It is the fastest route to change...put the brakes on and stop before making sudden, large adjustments in trajectory or momentum.

    2) Consistency! Everything is connected, complex and the focus on consistency allows for step by step foundation building using timeless principles as bricks.

    3) End Caps! The Morning and Lights Out Routines that create a feedback loop for resting better, waking better, to have more energy to maintain high levels of awareness and to work with throughout the day.
