CREATING CLARITY WITH THE KEY OF COMPASSION

When you are ready to fine tune your awareness of yourself, move into the 3rd phase where thoughts become the focus of your attention. Learn to surf the big emotional waves to catch glimpses of the drops of thought that make up the oceans that flow in and out...within each breath, each word and each moment of our lives.

As you catch a thought or two, look at them for what they are or what they are not doing, for or against you. It is supremely important to develop the habit of putting on lenses of compassion, first. This is the fastest way to accept, release and allow better...when it comes to thoughts, there are plenty of fish in the sea, catch and release till you find your Moby Dick in all areas of your life.

Expand out of the focus of attention that are on the contents of thought trains that cause Persecution, to yourself or others. Abraham would say 'go general,' out of the details that hurt. Collapse your attention to focus on the thoughts that feel good, that develop into perspectives of Compassion, first for you, then through you.

    Intentionally create and get into your flow: systems allow you to create patterns, harmony in the movements of life. Feeling better is an inside out subjective experience based from perspectives, limited by exposure, intuition, imagination and practice.

    Focus your attention on building the, and from the, core of who you are. Build abdominal muscles Physically, silence Mentally, compassion Emotionally and awareness Spiritually.

    Focus areas:

    1) Meditate! Mediate! Mediate! It is the fastest route to change...extend the silence, awareness, peace and comfort further and further into each day. Allow more of what you want in as you make it a habit to turn your attention, inward positively then outward, versus negatively.

    2) Consistency! Harness the power of the ocean against the shore, consistency is your irresistible force. Leverage it further when you learn to enjoy the process, the progress; when you enjoy the learning of how to accomplish what you want more than the accomplishing of it.

    3) End caps: Morning and Bedtime Routines to re-enforce positive feedback loops that you begin to look forward to. This is you giving you the time and attention you deserve. This is one of the greatest returns on investment of time you can make to enhance your well being, independence and resiliency.

    4) Evening Routines: tracking data is the key to molding systems and habits, reaching goals and enjoying the process, more. Keep it simple till the fun outweighs the work of it as the results internally and externally grow in size and satisfaction.

    5) Daily Operations: add to the Visible, Physical dimension of reality a picture, sketch, note...something, anything and make a note of it somewhere as part of your Evening Routine.
