MASTERING THE ACT OF INTENDING AND THE ART OF ALLOWING

This is the last phase, one that just keeps going deeper and getting better. This is the beginning of a journey to the center of your heart. This is the practice of mastering the Dance with the Duality of Reality.

The stance is internal, the perspectives are reflective and the practice gets easier with time. You will step forward with Intending and back with Allowing, as your partners change through the days, weeks, months and years that have and are yet to come. The measures of success are External Satisfaction and Internal Joy, Freedom and Growth.

    Identify Account Ability partners and implement them into your systems to improve the consistency and increase the fun. Seek those who want to be account able with you, to you or you to them.

    You will go through stages of development to be able to better support one another as you are learning new things that require figuring it out as you go. Compassion will go far in allowing for more positive and sustainable partnerships.

    The shift of focus on improving tracking methods will drive momentum in feeling better and reaching goals. Improvements that further develop your ability to account for the positive polarity and the desired direction of your energetic output. 

    ​Strength and Endurance in all dimensions are the results of well maintained, supported and continuously improving systems. Kaizen!

    Focus areas:

    1) Meditate! Mediate! Mediate! It is the fastest route to change...disconnect from the body, mind and the emotional flows of life. The practice of relaxing into neutral allows you to catch the patterns of negative trains of thought and flip them positive, early. Thoughts can come from external sources and circulate internally, or from internal sources and radiate externally. It is your choice of direction and polarity, made by the perspectives you use and carry...your practiced choice matters most.

    2) Consistency! Consistency! Consistently practice choosing positive thoughts, words, emotions and actions through intention, coping and systemic approaches. Allow time and the same practice it took to walk and talk to do the heavy lifting, make it second nature to give yourself what you need. Enjoy the most from each day as you sleep well knowing you checked off your boxes to the best of your ability.

    3) End Caps: Morning and Bedtime Routines to re-enforce positive feedback loops that you prioritize for the well being of any and all who care about or benefit from your life. This is what feeds your body, frees your mind, harmonizes emotions and fills the gas tanks of your soul.

    4) Evening Routines: tracking data will increase your ability to sleep well at night. With time the satisfaction and pleasure of the learning and recording process will outweigh any external response from people or environments.

    5) Daily Operations: add to the Visible, Physical dimension of reality a picture, sketch, journal, anything tangible so there is more out today than there was yesterday.

    Surviving or thriving; the perspectives, mindsets and goals that you set and practice will determine how much or little you get out of it.
