2) Customize the systems described.
3) Put yourself through a 90-day Bootcamp and record the progress.
4) Have fun, enjoy the process and share your plan and progress notes (0, 30, 60 and 90-day thoughts).
By example you will be the Subject Matter Experts to help translate the content and your process. This is an opportunity to enhance your personal and professional well being and to encourage potential readers, audiences and members of our packs to focus inward to make changes together.
