UnifiedJourney exists because conflict persists, spreads and everyone is affected. Confusion, toxic self-esteem, fear and hopelessness are common root causes.
The stories of our lives are created by a series of present moments. Present moments that become experiences, some more challenging than others. All help you to learn and grow. You can not do the work of learning or growing for another (i.e. dieting, exercising, quitting bad habits or creating new ones). It can be done together.
Collectively, there are challenges in learning, growing and working together. It can be approached in the same way we learned to walk, talk sing or dance; observing, practicing and perfecting. With compassion and encouragement minus judgement and hatred.
The collective version of our individual development is the many nations over the lifetime of our species, leading to the creation and development of our newest world power, the United States of America.
What if each of us individually and collectively are here to set an example of change from the inside out while encouraging others to do the same? How would that affect our approach on education, the economy or foreign policy?
Would it lead to a focus on the factor of production that drives the most development: Entrepreneurship vs Labor (aka education, media and politics to inspire independence vs instill obedience)?
Could that lead to the development of more collaborative economic systems that address first, fundamental needs (aka Ubuntu/Servant Leadership)?
Could it stimulate an effort in other nations to do the same work of inside-out transformation? Could it have a positive effect on immigration, on the wars between nations?
